United Airline renews agreement with Audit Recovery Group. As one of its first clients, ARG is proud to announce that United Cargo has extended the term of its initial agreement and retained ARG for its revenue optimization services. Through this contract, ARG will continue to add incremental revenue to United Cargo’s operation.

Delta Airlines selects Audit Recovery Group LLC to provide revenue optimization & recovery services to its cargo operation. ARG’s solution will provide an independent, ongoing, comprehensive review of Delta Cargo’s revenue streams which will result in more efficient, and effective booking of cargo revenue.

ARG has the critical elements in place to achieve this goal:

• Experienced e-Billing professionals: Engagements are managed by ARG revenue analysts that are experts in CASS e-Billing and the air cargo industry. Professionals reconcile customer disputes, rejected transactions, etc. in the timeliest of manner to promote faster payment for services rendered.
• Minimal costs: Engagement setup & recurring costs are minimal relative to the net return. Fixed personnel costs including compensation and benefits are reduced, while revenue is maximized through an efficient, reconciliation of billing periods.
• Technology geared for success: ARG’s ATLAS system (Advanced Transaction Link & Analysis System) is designed to improve the efficiency of the reconciliation process. Data is imported into ATLAS from the e-Billing web portal, and manipulated according to the user’s specification. This enables analysts to expeditiously resolve disputes and other billing errors.

ARG’s CASS Management Service requires minimal resources to implement and sustain.  When joined with ARG’s no-cost Revenue Optimization Service, clients can be assured that revenue leakages will be minimized.
